Built for rigidity in sprints and uphill, CX-1 gets its remarkable ride qualities from a monocoque front triangle - moulded in one piece - in our Alfa carbon blend. Computer-designed polygonal cross section tubes increase rigidity against pedalling and steering forces for maximum power transfer and perfect Colnago handling.
Eight sizes ensure an exact fit while the bonded seatstays and chainstays damp bumps for a comfortable ride.
From its sharp-steering C-HS2 semi-integrated headset to its carbon dropouts, the CX-1 is all about power and excitement you can feel with every ride.

Bicycling.com, found that the CX-1 is "unbelievably quick to accelerate, confident in turns and when weaving through a pack, stiff from front to back in corners, and hops up hills with every surge of your legs."
Cycling Weekly thinks that the CX-1 "still has a Colnago feel but is more precise and definitely firmer."
The Washing Machine Post says the CX-1 rewards effort. "The more you put into this frame, the more you get back - but seemingly more than you put in."
