HB-02 Handlebar aluminum 6061

Available in 38, 40, 42, and 44cm wide versions the 6061 aluminium alloy bar is of a compact design. Where a more traditional size handlebar has a 140mm drop from the centre-line of the bar to the lowest part of the drop, our compact bars have a 130mm drop. This gives a quicker and easier transition of the hand from the hoods to the drop, and also places the hand better to operate brake and gear shifting levers. Our multiple butting (the thickness of the tubing varies through the length of the bar) technique delivers a bar that is race proven stiff without feeling harsh and uncomfortable on those Gran Fondo epics.
