Superbly simple to make and amazing to eat everyday in every moment, in the morning as a breakfast or as a snack, use It on porridge, for example, or on bread. Peanuts are full or beneficial nutrients and good fats that are perfect for endurance sports.

500 g peanuts
3 tbsp seed oil
A pinch of salt

How to prepare
We need a good blender. Mix the peanuts and oil simultaneously. The processing time is linked to the consistency that you want to give to the final product. For a medium consistency, simply blend the peanuts and the oil for about 30 seconds at “turbo” speed.
