Soft muesli for long and quite ride

During winter time ride a bicycle could become quite hard. So It could be a good idea to eat a caloric breakfast before working out. Ordinary muesli can be quite hard to digest, but It will feel lighter by the time you’re eating breakfast If you leave It to soak the night before. Thus, put muesli in yoghurt with some berries the before to go to bed.

90 g muesli (with not much added sugar)

250 ml natural yoghurt

50 g frozen berries

1 tbsp honey

Mix all the ingredient in a bowl and put in the fridge for all the night. You can dilute It with a little bit of milk, or any beverage, in the morning.
